Fruit Turkey Kabobs

Ingredients
  Boneless cooked turkey roast 3⁄4 Pound, cut in twelve 1-inch cubes
  Orange 1 , cut into wedges
  Pear 1 , cut into wedges
  Green pepper 1 , cut in squares
  Spiced crab apples 4 Small
  Jellied cranberry sauce 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Apricot preserves 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Light corn syrup 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Lemon juice 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Butter 2 Tablespoon
  Ground cinnamon 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Ground cloves 1 Dash
Directions

Thread pieces of turkey, orange, pear, green pepper, and a crab apple onto four 10-inch skewers.
In saucepan combine cranberry sauce, apricot preserves, corn syrup, lemon juice, butter, cinnamon, and cloves; bring to boiling, stirring occasionally.
Brush cranberry mixture over turkey and fruit.
Grill about 4 inches above medium-hot coals till meat and fruit are hot and well glazed, 5 to 10 minutes.
Turn and brush occasionally with sauce.
Pass remaining sauce.
