Sparkling Fruit Dessert
|Sugar free lime gelatin||1 Tablespoon (1 Packet)|
|Hot water||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Pineapple chunks in juice||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Peach slices in juice||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Seedless green grapes||16|
Dissolve lime gelatin in hot water.
Chill until the consistency of egg whites.
Peel and section orange, removing seeds and membrane.
Drain pineapple and peaches thoroughly.
Reserve four peach slices.
Add orange sections, pineapple chunks, and remaining peach slices to gelatin.
Transfer to a mold or eight dessert dishes.
Chill until firm.
Now cut reserved peach slices in half crosswise.
Decorate each serving with a half peach slice and two grapes.
