Fruit Stuffing

Ingredients
  Chopped prunes 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), chopped
  Madeira wine 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Garbanzo sprouts 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), chopped
  Tart apple 1 Medium
  Bread crumbs 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Onion 1 Small, chopped
  Celery stalks 2 , chopped
  Butter/Margarine 2 Tablespoon
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
  Ground nutmeg 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Directions

Soak prunes in Madeira for 30 minutes.
Heat butter in skillet and saute onion and celery until soft.
Combine all ingredients including prunes and wine in bowl.
Toss together.
