Fruit Crunch

Ingredients
  Pecans/Hazelnuts, finely chopped 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs), chopped
  Unbleached all purpose flour 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Sugar 2 Tablespoon
  Light brown sugar 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Salt 1 Pinch
  Ground cinnamon 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Unsalted butter 3 Tablespoon, chilled
Directions

1. Preheat oven to 300° F.
2. Combine the fruit with 1 tablespoon of flour in an ungreased 8 x 8-inch baking pan.
3. Combine the remaining ingredients in a large mixing bowl, and mix, by hand or with two forks, until the mixture is crumbly and consistent.
4. Place the mixture on top of the fruit and place pan in oven. Bake for 30 minutes and then raise heat to 350° F. and bake 15 minutes longer.
