Spray a 9x9x2 inch baking pan with nonstick vegetable spray.
Mix bran flakes, wheat germ, dry milk powder, and baking powder.
Combine eggs, brown sugar, apple, oil, molasses, and vanilla.
Add egg mixtureto dry ingredients, mixing well.
Stir in walnuts.
Bake in 350° oven about 25 minutes.
Cool, cut in squares.
