|Strawberries||2 Cup (32 tbs) (Fresh Or Whole Frozen, Thawed)|
|Orange||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Aspartame sweetener||12 Gram (6 Packets)|
|Frozen low fat non dairy whipped topping||2 Cup (32 tbs), thawed|
|Skim milk||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
Wash, hull, and slice the strawberries.
Put them in a mixing bowl.
Peel and slice the banana.
Mash the two fruits together with a fork.
Stir in the remaining ingredients and mix until everything is evenly combined.
