Mixed Fruit Sorbet

  Strawberries 2 Cup (32 tbs) (Fresh Or Whole Frozen, Thawed)
  Ripe banana 1
  Orange 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Aspartame sweetener 12 Gram (6 Packets)
  Frozen low fat non dairy whipped topping 2 Cup (32 tbs), thawed
  Skim milk 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)

Wash, hull, and slice the strawberries.
Put them in a mixing bowl.
Peel and slice the banana.
Mash the two fruits together with a fork.
Stir in the remaining ingredients and mix until everything is evenly combined.
