Tomato Pineapple & Peanut Salad
|Crushed pineapple||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Chopped peanuts||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Diced celery||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|French dressing||2 Tablespoon|
Cut a slice from the top of each tomato and remove some of the pulp.
Drain the tomatoes and sprinkle with salt.
Dice tomato pulp and combine with drained pineapple, peanuts, celery and French dressing.
Place in cavity of the tomatoes and chill.
Arrange on lettuce leaves.
