Simple Baby Foods

Hold on a minute… I know what you’re thinking… :-) We’re not ready yet, but it’s never too early to learn some ideas on how to care for a baby, right? Today, we’ve asked Lisa Miller, who’s a health counselor (and mother of a healthy 2 year old) and also been our awesome assistant for more than 2 years, to give us some cool raw food baby food ideas. Ingredients
  Banana 1
  Apple 1
  Prune 5
  Apricot 4
  Ground flax seeds 1 Teaspoon
  Water 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

Mashed Banana:
Mash the banana using a fork.

Applesauce:
Peel the apple and take off the seeds. Slice the apple. Puree the apple by adding water using the blender.

Constipation Buster:
Soak the apricots and prunes in water. Blend these along with ground flax seeds by adding water.
