Garlic With Fruit

Ingredients
  Garlic 5 Clove (25 gm), minced
  Slivered blanched almonds 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  White bread slice 3 , crusts removed and diced
  Olive oil 2 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Chicken stock/Veal stock 3 1⁄2 Cup (56 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  White pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Dry white wine 2 Tablespoon
  Cantaloupe/Crenshaw / honeydew melon balls 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), chilled
  Seedless white grapes 1 Bunch (100 gm), chilled
  Prosciutto ham 1⁄4 Pound, torn into strips
  Toasted slivered almonds 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), toasted lightly
Directions

Puree garlic and almonds, combine with bread and saute in oil until golden.
Add stock, salt and pepper and cook 10 minutes.
Puree and cool.
Add wine, chill and adjust seasonings to taste.
Garnish with melon balls, grapes and ham and pass toasted almonds.
