Ingredients
  Romaine lettuce head 1
  Pineapple 2 Cup (32 tbs), cubed
  Grapefruit 1 , segmented
  Apple 1 , sliced and dipped in lemon juice
  Seedless red grapes 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Orange 1 , segmented
Directions

Combine fruits in a large bowl.
Cover tightly and refrigerate until thoroughly chilled.
Line a large salad bowl with romaine lettuce leaves; spoon in the fruit.
