Ingredients
  Fresh plums 1⁄2 Pound
  Lemon juice 1 Teaspoon
  Egg white 1
  Granulated sugar 1 Teaspoon
Directions

Pit and quarter plums.
Puree plums and lemon juice in blender or food processor.
Beat egg white and sugar replacement into stiff peaks.
Gradually, beat plum puree into egg-white mixture.
Spoon into dessert glasses.
