Mocha Fruit Nut Drops

Ingredients
  Instant coffee 1 Teaspoon
  Water 3 Teaspoon
  Sugar free chocolate 8 Ounce
  Cake mix 15 1⁄2 Ounce (1 Package)
  Coarsely chopped black walnut 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Chopped dates 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
Directions

Use a vegetable spray to lightly grease the cookie sheets.
Dissolve the coffee powder in the water.
Combine the coffee water and chocolate cake mix in a small mixing bowl.
Beat to blend.
Fold in nuts and dates.
Drop from a teaspoon about 2 in.
(5 cm) apart onto the greased cookie sheets.
Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 9 to 10 minutes.
