Mocha Fruit Nut Drops
|Instant coffee||1 Teaspoon|
|Sugar free chocolate||8 Ounce|
|Cake mix||15 1⁄2 Ounce (1 Package)|
|Coarsely chopped black walnut||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Chopped dates||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
Use a vegetable spray to lightly grease the cookie sheets.
Dissolve the coffee powder in the water.
Combine the coffee water and chocolate cake mix in a small mixing bowl.
Beat to blend.
Fold in nuts and dates.
Drop from a teaspoon about 2 in.
(5 cm) apart onto the greased cookie sheets.
Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 9 to 10 minutes.
