Golden Apricot Mold

Golden Apricot Mold is a spiced and flavored orange gelatin mold made with apricot halves. The golden apricot mold has a golden tint to it that makes the Golden Apricot Mold good to look and even better to eat. Try out the Golden Apricot Mold recipe and I bet you will surely love it!
Ingredients
  Apricot halves in cans their own juice 32 Ounce (Two 16 Ounce Cans)
  Vinegar 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Whole cloves 1 Teaspoon
  Cinnamon stick 4 Inch
  Dietetic orange gelatin 1 Tablespoon (1 Package)
Directions

Drain juice from apricots into a saucepan and reserve the apricots.
Add vinegar, cloves, and cinnamon to the juice; bring to the boil.
Add the apricots, reduce heat, and simmer for 5 minutes.
With a slotted spoon, remove apricots to 10 individual molds.
Strain liquid and measure; add enough boiling water to make 2 c. (500 ml).
Add the gelatin and stir to completely dissolve.
Pour gelatin mixture over apricots in molds.
Chill until firm.
Turn out onto plates.
