|Strawberries||2 Cup (32 tbs), hulled|
|French vanilla ice cream||1 Cup (16 tbs), softened|
|Orange marmalade||1 Teaspoon|
|Rum extract||2 Teaspoon|
|Low calorie whipped topping||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), prepared|
Divide strawberries evenly between 4 serving dishes and chill thoroughly.
At serving time, fold together ice cream, orange marmalade, rum extract and topping.
Spoon over cold strawberries.
