Ingredients
  Strawberries 2 Cup (32 tbs), hulled
  French vanilla ice cream 1 Cup (16 tbs), softened
  Orange marmalade 1 Teaspoon
  Rum extract 2 Teaspoon
  Low calorie whipped topping 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), prepared
Directions

Divide strawberries evenly between 4 serving dishes and chill thoroughly.
At serving time, fold together ice cream, orange marmalade, rum extract and topping.
Spoon over cold strawberries.
