Broiled Fruit On Skewers is simply irresistible, to say the least! Try this Broiled Fruit On Skewers; I am sure you'll have a huge fan following for this one.
  Pineapple 1 , peeled, cored and cut into 1 inch wedges
  Bananas 4 , cut into 1/2 inch slices
  Oranges 4 , peeled, sectioned and seeded
  Superfine sugar/Granulated sugar 1 3⁄4 Cup (28 tbs)
  Cinnamon 1 Teaspoon
  Orange liqueur 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)

Preheat broiler.
Thread fruit evenly onto twelve 10-inch bamboo or wooden skewers, alternating pineapple, banana and orange pieces.
Line broiler pan with aluminum foil.
Arrange skewered fruit in prepared pan.
Mix sugar and cinnamon.
Sprinkle over fruit.
Broil as close to heat source as possible until browned, about 3 to 5 minutes, turning occasionally.
Sprinkle each with 1 tablespoon liqueur.
