Yummy Curried Three Fruit Relish brings backs such wonderful memories from my mothers kitchen. This is a time tested and perfected Curried Three Fruit Relish recipe that you wouldn't want to miss! Try it!
  Canned sliced cling peaches 17 Ounce, drained (1 Can)
  Canned apricot halves 17 Ounce, drained (1 Can)
  Canned sliced pears 16 Ounce, drained (1 Can)
  Packed brown sugar 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Dark seedless raisins 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Curry powder 1 Tablespoon
  Butter/Margarine 4 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon

In 3-quart saucepan, combine all ingredients.
Over medium heat, heat to boiling, stirring.
Reduce heat to low; cover and simmer 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
