Ingredients
  Soft butter 125 Milliliter (1/2 Cup)
  Icing sugar 375 Milliliter (1 1/2 Cup)
  Vanilla extract 1 Teaspoon (5 Milliliter)
  35% cream 15 Milliliter (1 Tablespoon)
  Grated coconut 375 Milliliter (1 1/2 Cup)
  Maraschino cherries 40 , drained
  Graham cracker crumbs 250 Milliliter (1 Cup)
Directions

–  Mix together first 5 ingredients.
–  Roll cherries in mixture then roll in graham cracker crumbs.
–  Refrigerate in airtight container.
