This Kiwi Coulis is one of the best dishes that I've ever tasted. Try this fruity sauce to flavor your Panna Cotta or in anyway in which you desire. Your suggestions for this Kiwi Coulis are welcome.
|Cornstarch||2 Tablespoon (30 ml)|
|Water||125 Milliliter (1/2 cup)|
|Sugar||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (60 ml)|
|Kiwis||2 Cup (32 tbs) (500 ml)|
– Blend cornstarch with a little water and set aside.
– In a saucepan, boil the water, sugar and kiwis for about 5 minutes.
– Add the cornstarch and boil for 1 minute.
– Run through the blender, then a sieve, to get a smoother coulis.
