  Flour 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Baking powder 1 Teaspoon
  Milk 1 Tablespoon
  Vanilla 1 Tablespoon
  Melted butter 2 Tablespoon
  Beaten egg 1
  Medium coconut 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  White sugar 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
Directions

Spread in pan and cover with pineapple marmalade or any jam.
Spread on top.
Bake at 350° F. for 30 minutes.
