  Strawberries 4 Cup (64 tbs), cut into pieces
  Sugar 3 Tablespoon
  Grand marnier 6 Ounce
  Egg yolks 6
  Cold water 1 Tablespoon
  Light cream 2 Tablespoon
  Sugar 2 Tablespoon
  Raspberries 4 Cup (64 tbs), cut into pieces
  Blueberries 4 Cup (64 tbs), cut into pieces
  Peaches 4 Cup (64 tbs), cut into pieces
  Cantaloupe 4 Cup (64 tbs), cut into pieces

In a large bowl, combine fruit, sugar and Grand Marnier.
Macerate 30 minutes.
Strain fruit, reserving syrup.
Set aside.
Preheat oven to BROIL.
In a double boiler, combine egg yolks, water and cream.
Whisking rapidly, heat to a thick, creamy sauce.
Gradually stir in syrup.
Set aside.
Butter a baking dish.
Pour in fruit.
Cover with sauce.
Sprinkle with sugar.
Caramelize under broiler.
