Barbary Crepes

  Raspberry jam 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Pears 6 , peeled, cored, minced (Fresh / Canned)
  Crepes 6
  Chocolate sauce 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Grated coconut 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)

Spread successive layers of jam then pears over crepes.
Roll crepes.
Pour chocolate sauce on top.
Sprinkle with grated coconut.
