Ingredients
  Evaporated milk 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (Pacific)
  Sugar 2 Tablespoon
  Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
Directions

Chill bowl and beater; place milk in freezing compartment of your refrigerator until it is icy-cold.
Whip until stiff.
Add sugar and lemon juice.
Continue whipping to blend in.
