|Westsoy||240 Milliliter (1 cup)|
|Canola oil||45 Milliliter (3 tbs)|
|Honey||10 Milliliter (2 tsp)|
|Flour||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs) (335 ml)|
|Baking powder||1 Tablespoon (15 ml, non-alum)|
|Salt||1⁄2 Teaspoon (3 ml)|
|Fruit||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), cut into small pieces (120 ml)|
In medium bowl, combine soy milk, canola oil, eggs and honey.
Beat well with electric mixer.
In a separate bowl sift together flour, baking powder and salt.
Add liquid ingredients to dry and beat well.
Add more soy milk if necessary to obtain a batter the consistency of heavy cream. (Thin batter makes tender waffles.) Add fruit to batter.
Cook in preheated waffle iron.
