|Ripe strawberries||1 1⁄2|
|Orange||1 Large, juiced and grated peel|
|Heavy cream||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
Rinse and hull the strawberries; dry thoroughly.
Combine in a bowl with a mixture of sugar, curagao, orange juice and grated peel.
Pour over berries and refrigerate several hours.
Beat heavy cream in a chilled bowl until soft peaks are formed.
Beat in several tablespoons vanilla flavored sugar until stiff peaks are formed.
Put alternate layers of strawberries and sweetened whipped cream in glasses or bowls.
Chill before serving.
