Tender Chops With Apple Stuffing
|Pork chops||4 (1 Inch Thick)|
|Apples||2 Cup (32 tbs), peeled and chopped|
|Raisins||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Egg||1 , beaten|
|Butter||2 Tablespoon, melted|
|Currant jelly||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Orange juice||2 Tablespoon|
Slit chops lengthwise to form a cavity.
In a bowl, mix apple stuffing ingredients.
Stuff pork chops with mixture.
In a 12 x 8 x 2 inch (31 x 21 x 5 cm) microwave safe dish, arrange chops star like, with meaty parts pointing outwards.
In a bowl, mix glaze ingredients.
Brush chops with half the glaze.
Wrap dish in wax paper.
Cook in microwave oven 35-40 minutes, on MEDIUM.
After 15 minutes of cooking, half rotate dish clockwise.
Remove chops from oven.
Let stand 5 minutes.
Coat with remaining glaze.
