Mixed Fruit Cream

Ingredients
  Cream cheese 8 Ounce
  Single cream 5 Fluid Ounce
  Light rum 1 Tablespoon
  Sugar 2 Tablespoon
  Pear 1 Medium, peeled, cored and finely chopped
  Peaches 2 Medium, peeled, stoned finely chopped
  Melon 1⁄4 Medium, peeled, seeded and finely chopped
  Chocolate 1 Ounce, grated
  Grapes 4 Ounce, halved and seeded
Directions

In a medium sized mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese, cream and rum together with a wooden spoon until they are blended.
Stir in the sugar.
Add the pear, peaches and melon and mix well to blend.
Spoon the mixture into four individual serving bowls or dessert glasses.
Sprinkle the grated chocolate over the top, and arrange the grapes in a circle around the edge of each serving bowl.
