Mixed Fruit Cream
|Cream cheese||8 Ounce|
|Single cream||5 Fluid Ounce|
|Light rum||1 Tablespoon|
|Pear||1 Medium, peeled, cored and finely chopped|
|Peaches||2 Medium, peeled, stoned finely chopped|
|Melon||1⁄4 Medium, peeled, seeded and finely chopped|
|Chocolate||1 Ounce, grated|
|Grapes||4 Ounce, halved and seeded|
In a medium sized mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese, cream and rum together with a wooden spoon until they are blended.
Stir in the sugar.
Add the pear, peaches and melon and mix well to blend.
Spoon the mixture into four individual serving bowls or dessert glasses.
Sprinkle the grated chocolate over the top, and arrange the grapes in a circle around the edge of each serving bowl.
