Fresh Fruit Yogurt Coolers
|Sliced strawberries/Crushed blackberries/crushed raspberries/sliced peaches||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Yogurt||1 Cup (16 tbs) (Cold)|
|Whole milk/Skim milk||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
If you have no blender, force fruit through food mill or wire strainer; then blend with yogurt, milk, and sugar to taste.
If you use a blender, whirl fruit, yogurt, milk, and sugar together until smooth.
Then pour through strainer to remove seeds if raspberries or blackberries are used.
