Fresh Fruit Yogurt Coolers

Ingredients
  Sliced strawberries/Crushed blackberries/crushed raspberries/sliced peaches 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Yogurt 1 Cup (16 tbs) (Cold)
  Whole milk/Skim milk 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Sugar 2 Tablespoon
Directions

Chill fruit.
If you have no blender, force fruit through food mill or wire strainer; then blend with yogurt, milk, and sugar to taste.
If you use a blender, whirl fruit, yogurt, milk, and sugar together until smooth.
Then pour through strainer to remove seeds if raspberries or blackberries are used.
