Ingredients
  Fresh fruit 2 Pound, prepared as directed below (Of Choice)
  Butter/Melted margarine / basting sauce used on an accompanying entr e 1⁄4 Pound, melted (1/2 Cup)
  Firmly packed brown sugar 3 Tablespoon (To Add To Melted Butter, Then Season With 1 Teaspoon Ground Cinnamon Or Ginger)
  Ground cinnamon/Ground ginger 1 Teaspoon
Directions

If using small pieces of fruit, thread on thin metal or bamboo skewers ahead of time, making sure fruit lies flat.
To grill, coat prepared fruits with plain or seasoned butter or basting sauce.
Place fruit on a lightly greased grill 4 to 6 inches above a lightly dispersed bed of medium coals.
Cook, turning frequently, until fruits are hot and streaked with brown
