Creamy Fruit Mold
|Boiling water||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Light evaporated skimmed milk||1 Cup (16 tbs) (Pet)|
|Sugar free gelatin||1⁄3 Ounce (1 Package, Lime Flavored)|
|Cut up fresh fruit||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
Dissolve gelatin in boiling water.
Cool slighdy to prevent milk from curdling.
Stir in evaporated skimmed milk.
Refrigerate until gelatin mixture is the consistency of unbeaten egg whites.
Stir in fruit.
Pour into 8-inch square pan or 5-cup mold.
Refrigerate until firm.
Garnish with additional fruit.
