  Grapefruit 3
  Rosemary 1 Teaspoon
  Oranges 3
Directions

1. Using a sharp paring knife, peel the skin and outer pulp from the grape fruit and oranges. Slice from the outside toward the center, along each side of the membranes, to remove whole fruit sections. Discard the seeds.
2. Arrange alternate sections of grapefruit and orange in a windmill effect and sprinkle with rosemary. Chill.
