Carrot And Miso Dip With Ginger

Taking the vegetable pieces and dipping them in a variety of different sauces makes eating a fun activity. This dip is for making your little one eat vegetables.
  Carrot 1 Large, finely grated (0.5 Cup)
  Ginger 1 Tablespoon, minced
  Rice wine vinegar 1 Tablespoon
  Yellow or white miso 1 Tablespoon
  Canola oil/Vegetable oil 3 Tablespoon

1. Place the first 4 ingredients in a food processor or blender and puree.
2. Drizzle in the oil while machine is running until puree is thick and creamy.
3. Serve.
