Fresh Fruit Melon Compote
|White grape juice||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Orange marmalade||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Orange liqueur||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Strawberries||1 Pint, hulled|
|Seedless green grapes||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Honeydew melon balls||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Cantaloupe balls||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Blueberries||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
Blend grape juice, marmalade, and liqueur.
Remove top one fourth of watermelon, cutting a scalloped edge.
If necessary, cut a thin slice from bottom of watermelon so it will sit level.
Scoop out melon pulp with melon ball cutter, making melon balls.
Combine 2 cups of the watermelon balls (use remaining as desired), with strawberries, grapes, honeydew melon balls, cantaloupe balls, and blueberries.
Pour grape juice mixture over; stir gently.
Chill 1 to 2 hours, stirring once or twice.
Place fruit and juices in melon shell.
