|Milk||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Coconut||3 Cup (48 tbs)|
|Sugar||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
Pour the milk into a pan and boil it.
As soon as the milk starts boiling, put 2 cups of shredded coconut into it.
Only when the coconut completely absorbs the milk, sprinkle sugar on it.
Keep stirring constantly on medium heat.
As soon as the mixture starts leaving the sides of the pan, remove from heat.
Let it cool down.
Now, make small sized balls out of this mixture.
Place rest of the shredded coconut on a dish.
To prepare laddus, roll the tiny balls on it.
Your coconut laddus are ready to eat!
