Curried Fresh Fruit

Ingredients
  Cantaloupe melon 1
  Pineapple cubes 250 Milliliter (1 Cup, Fresh / Canned)
  Butter 25 Milliliter (About 2 Tablespoon)
  Packed brown sugar 50 Milliliter (1/4 Cup)
  Curry powder 1 Teaspoon
Directions

Arrange melon balls and pineapple chunks in 8 in (2 L) square foil pan.
Pour 1 cup (250 ml) water into another 8 in (2 L) square foil pan; place pan containing fruit into pan containing water.
In small saucepan, melt butter over medium low heat; stir in sugar and curry powder.
Spoon butter mixture evenly over fruit.
Place pans on barbecue grill; grill over medium low heat 10 to 15 minutes or until sauce is bubbly.
