Fresh Fruit Compote has a fine taste and easy to make dessert. Fresh Fruit Compote gets its desired taste from fruits flavored with lemon juice. Fresh Fruit Compote is cherished by many.
  Sugar 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Water 4 Cup (64 tbs)
  Apples 2 , peeled, cored, and quartered
  Peaches 2 , peeled and quartered
  Pears 2 , peeled, cored, and quartered
  Plums 3 , pitted and quartered
  Cherries 1⁄4 Pound, pitted
  Lemon juice 2 Tablespoon
  Cinnamon sticks 3 (About 2 Inch)
  Fresh strawberries 1 Cup (16 tbs), hulled

Combine sugar and water in a large saucepan; bring to a boil.
Add apples, peaches, pears, plums, cherries, lemon juice, and cinnamon sticks.
Cook over medium heat 10 minutes, stirring occasionally; cool.
Stir in strawberries, and chill.
