Baked Spiced Fresh Fruits

Ingredients
  Apricots 12
  Peaches 4 Medium
  Pears 12 Medium
  Boiling water 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Brown sugar substitute 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Lemon juice 2 Teaspoon
  Cinnamon 3⁄4 Teaspoon
  Cloves 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Nutmeg 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Ginger 1⁄4 Teaspoon
Directions

Halve fruit and remove pits or cores.
Arrange, hollow side up, in shallow baking dish.
Combine remaining ingredients and sprinkle over fruit.
Bake uncovered at 400° F. about 20 minutes for apricots, 30 minutes for peaches, 45 minutes for pears, or until tender.
