Low Cal Fruit Bowl
|Grapefruit||1 Medium, chilled|
|Oranges||2 Medium, chilled|
|Ripe banana||1 Medium|
|Sliced strawberries||1 Cup (16 tbs), chilled|
|Honeydew balls||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), chilled|
Peel and section grapefruit and oranges, reserving juices.
Peel and slice banana; brush with reserved fruit juices.
Combine grapefruit and orange sections, banana, strawberries, and honeydew balls in lettuce-lined bowl.
Trim with mint. Serve with some Low calorie Strawberry snow dressing.
