Ingredients
  Cranberry juice 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Frozen strawberries 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Vanilla low fat yogurt 8 Ounce (1 Carton)
  Old fashioned oats 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs), uncooked (Quaker Brand)
  Ice cubes 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

Place all ingredients except ice in blender container.
Cover; blend on high speed about 2 minutes or until smooth.
Gradually add ice; blend on high speed an additional minute or until smooth.
