Fruit And Nut Crunch
|Milk free margarine||1 Teaspoon|
|Wheat free bread slice||1|
|Raw cane sugar||3 Teaspoon|
|Hazelnuts||1 Tablespoon, chopped and roasted|
Melt the margarine in a small frying pan (skillet).
Add the breadcrumbs and fry until golden and crisp.
Leave to cool and then stir in the sugar and nuts.
Put a layer of the fruit in a large wine glass.
Sprinkle with a layer of the crunch mixture.
Spoon on another layer of the fruit, using it all up.
Finish with the rest of the crunch mixture and flatten.
