Stuffings For Roast Suckling Pig Apple Stuffing
|Butter||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Tart apples||2 Quart, diced|
|Grated lemon rind||1 Tablespoon|
|Brown sugar||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Dry bread cubes||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
Heat butter in a large, heavy skillet; add apples, sugar, cinnamon, and lemon rind.
Stir over low heat just until apples are tender but not mushy.
Add bread cubes and toss together lightly.
Stuff piglet and roast as directed.
