This Fruit Shrikhand is my dessert passion ! Try this delicious seasoned sweet curd dish instead for ice cream for a change. Your suggestions for this Fruit Shrikhand are welcome !
|Fresh curd||8 Cup (128 tbs)|
|Sugar||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Mixed fruit||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
Remove water from curd by hanging it in muslin cloth for at least four hours to drain out completely.
Mix powdered sugar with the thick curd in a thali.
Sieve the mixture to mix evenly.
Add cardamom powder and fruit pieces.
