Ingredients
  Orange juice 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Banana 1
  Strawberries/Raspberries 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Crushed ice 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (adjust quantity as needed)
Directions

1. Blend all ingredients in blender until smooth, except ice.
2. Add crushed ice and blend briefly.
