Fresh Fruit Rous

Fresh Fruit Rous has a yummy taste. The Vanilla ice cream and sugar icing makes the Fresh Fruit Rous a prefect after meal dessert.
Ingredients
  Firm ripe mango 1 , peeled and cut in 3/4 inch or 2 centimeter cubes
  Pineapple slices 3 , peeled and cut in 3/4 inch or 2 centimeter cubes (Use Ripe Ones)
  Apple 1 Large, peeled and cut in 3/4 inch or 2 centimeter cubes
  Kiwi fruit 3 , peeled and cut in 3/4 inch or 2 centimeter cubes
  Firm bananas 3 , peeled and cut in 3/4 inch or 2 centimeter cubes
  Strawberries 1⁄2 Pound
  Orange liqueur 15 Milliliter (About 1 Tablespoon)
  Spring roll wrappers 8 Large
  Egg white 1 , beaten
  Vegetable oil 2 Tablespoon (Used For Frying)
  Icing sugar 1 Tablespoon
  Vanilla ice cream 1 Tablespoon
Directions

1 Combine fruit in a bowl. Sprinkle with liqueur and stand 15 minutes; drain. Divide fruit between spring roll wrappers. Brush edges with egg white. Roll up as for ordinary spring rolls.
2 Fry three rolls at a time in oil to cover. When golden, remove and drain well.
3 Dust with icing sugar and serve with ice cream.
