Fruit Vegetable Toss

Ingredients
  Torn lettuce 12 Cup (192 tbs)
  Sharp natural cheddar cheese 8 Ounce, cut into thin strips
  Sliced celery 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Salad oil 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)
  Wine vinegar 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Sugar 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Grated onion 1 Tablespoon
  Dry mustard 1 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pared oranges 4 Medium, cut in bite sized pieces
  Nectarines 2 Medium, peeled and sliced
Directions

Combine lettuce, cheese, and celery in large salad bowl.
To prepare dressing, beat together oil, vinegar, sugar, onion, dry mustard, and salt.
Pour enough dressing over lettuce to coat lightly; toss.
Top with orange pieces and nectarine slices.
Toss again.
Pass remaining dressing.
