Ingredients
  Dried apricots 4 Ounce, finely chopped (About 110 Gram)
  Dates 4 Ounce, finely chopped (About 110 Gram)
  Crystallized ginger 2 Ounce, finely chopped (About 60 Gram)
  Pecans/Cashews 185 Milliliter, chopped (About 0.75 Cup)
  Chopped orange zest 7 Milliliter (About 1.5 Teaspoon)
  Orange liqueur/Orange juice 15 Milliliter (1 Tablespoon)
  Wonton wrappers 8 Ounce (About 225 Gram)
  Vegetable oil 2 Cup (32 tbs) (Used For Frying)
  Icing sugar 1 Tablespoon
Directions

1 Combine apricots, dates, ginger, pecans, orange zest and liqueur. Roll 1 tbsp (15 ml) of filling in hands to make cylinder 1 inch (2.5 cm) long.
2 Place filling across wonton wrapper. Moisten edges with water. Roll up to seal, twisting ends.
3 Fry bon bons in oil to cover until crisp. Drain well. Dust with icing sugar and serve with Chinese tea.
