Honey banana mold is a fruity gelatin mold made with honey and mashed bananas. Chilled and flavored with a hint of lemon juice, the honey banana mold is a lovely salad that is great for both party and family salads.
Canned evaporated milk
Orange flavored gelatin
3 Ounce (1 Package)
1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
Pour milk into freezer tray.
Freeze till soft ice crystals form around edges.
Dissolve gelatin in 1 cup boiling water; cool.
Peel bananas; mash in large mixer bowl with electric mixer.
Beat in honey and lemon juice, then cooled gelatin.
Chill till mixture is partially set.
Whip mixture at low speed while gradually adding icy cold milk.
Increase to high speed; continue whipping till double in volume and thick.
Pour into 4 1/2 cup mold.
Chill till firm
