My Mai Tai
|Grapefruit juice||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Artificial sweetener||2 Teaspoon|
|Rum extract||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Ice||1 Cup (16 tbs), crushed|
Combine grapefruit juice with sweetener and extracts.
Pour into large (12 ounce or 15-ounce) old-fashioned glass mostly filled with crushed ice.
Garnish with mint sprig and pineapple stick.
