|Unflavored gelatin envelope||1|
|Raw pears||2 Cup (32 tbs), peeled and grated|
|Lemon juice||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
1. Sprinkle gelatin into 1/2 cup water. Heat until dissolved. Cool slightly.
2. Combine pears and lemon juice and add to gelatin.
3. Beat egg whites until foamy. Add sugar and beat until stiff peaks form.
4. Fold in grated pear mixture.
5. Garnish with fresh fruit.
