Vanilla Fruit Crisp
|Apple crisp topping||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Canned fruit pie filling||21 Ounce|
|Lemon juice||1 Tablespoon|
|Cream/Vanilla ice cream||1 Liter|
1. Prepare topping mixture; set aside.
2. Combine pie filling and lemon juice in a 9-inch pie plate. Sprinkle with topping mixture. Microwave, uncovered, at 100% (high) 8 to 10 minutes or until mixture is bubbling around edges; give dish a half turn after 4 minutes. Serve warm with cream or vanilla ice cream.
