Ingredients
  Skim milk 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Frozen peaches 2 Cup (32 tbs)
Directions

1. Pour milk into blender.
2. Add slightly thawed frozen fruit slowly.
3. Blend until fruit is thoroughly mixed. HINT: You may prefer to use milk frozen in ice cube trays and fresh fruit. It will be easier on your blender.
